At Scuffers, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as Scuffers is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2. Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original and return shipping costs), depending on the circumstances.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Socks

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy includes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
